AÏDEMO, created in 2004 by Nadine Verschelden, is an intercultural management consulting firm whose core business is to support companies and athletes in their international development.

At AÏDEMO, we observe on a daily basis that intercultural awareness improves the quality of exchanges, leads to enriched and sustainable professional practices and favors successful business relationships.

Our support goes far beyond language trainings, which are also a part of our services.

It’s all about placing the human factor at the heart of internationalization by training teams and raising their awareness to cultural differences.

Corporate clients, such as Nestlé, Deutsche Bank, BNP, and Nissan, have been trusting us for years.

We work with  companies and  organizations of all sizes, in various sectors of activities, including research labs (Institut Curie, Inra), governmental institutions (Météo France, French Defense Ministry), and higher education and universities (EM Lyon, La Sorbonne Paris Cité, Université Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense).

AÏDEMO also specialized in VIP coaching and guidance for high potentials and personalities from the economic and sports worlds.

We also develop digital awareness to facilitate the understanding of new tools, their cultural adaptation and ease decision making.

Our team

Nadine Verschelden

Specialized in intercultural management and linguistics, Nadine conceives and holds trainings in companies, business schools and universities. She is doing some doctoral research at the Sorbonne on management in Maghrib.

Marketing and digital expert, Luis Miguel had various strategic positions in Latin America and in Europe and managed multicultural team for French, Korean and Japanese companies.

He created a marketing, communication and consulting agency and works with startups as well as SME’s. As a partner, he is in charge of the digital strategy.
